Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery speed is selected at checkout. We ship within the United States only.

For help with a delivery issue, email us at rest@scriptedingrace.com within 7 days of delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is created with care — often by hand and, in many cases, made just for you.

Standard Returns Non-personalized items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• Free return shipping is provided

Custom & Personalized Items Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or refund. However, we stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged, has an error, or doesn't match what you ordered — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake or replace it at no cost.
