Returns

Each piece is created with care — often by hand and, in many cases, made just for you.

Standard Returns Non-personalized items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Free return shipping is provided

Custom & Personalized Items Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or refund. However, we stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged, has an error (misspelling, wrong design, etc.), or does not match what you ordered — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake or replace it at no cost.

Our Commitment If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

If you have questions about whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping cost refunds

At our discretion, original shipping costs may be refunded if the returned item is received in original condition, unused, and exactly as sold. This allows us to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our small-batch products.

Shipping limitation

At this time, Scripted in Grace ships within the United States only. Returns are accepted only for orders shipped within the United States.
